Moving in the Morning with Coach Caleb - Sweat Everyday

Sweat Everyday.png

“Ewwww sweat! Grossss!”  My sister would always tell me how much she didn’t like sweat.  Unlike my sister, I love sweat!  It tells me that I worked hard.  It tells me I did something today.  It’s my body burning that extra doughnut I ate this morning.

When you sweat, your body releases hormones called Endorphins.  These Endorphins help your brain work better, your body move better, and actually make you feel really good.  Sweating everyday will improve your mood tremendously.  It’s an easy task to set for yourself every day.

Thought of the Day:

Sweat is magic. Cover yourself in it daily to grant your wishes.

Movement to Practice:

The Push-up!  For some the push-up will come easy and some may need a few different ways to perform this exercise.  If you’re having trouble with a push-up, you can practice first by having your knees on the ground and pressing up.  You can also find a wall and angle yourself 45 degrees and press yourself toward and away from the wall.  The more you practice these modify versions of the push-up, the quicker you’ll be able to do a perfect form push-up.
